Entity Search keeps the name, email, company, optional phone, the business entity search you described, the state, the page on entitysearch.io, campaign parameters that were on that page, and the country on the connection. The note exists so we can reply. We do not sell it. Ask about a note at hello@entitysearch.io.

Start with the legal entity, the one that can be sued and that signed the formation document. Marketing sites and “search marketing company” pages will not be in a corporations index under the slogan on an ad. Company search in the sense that matters here is the state detail page: type, status, agent, file number.

Entity Search is not a government index and cannot reveal an EIN that was never filed in public.
